System Operational Status

The Audit Alerts System validates live student result records (registrations) against static, verified archive snapshots inside the database alert_db. It is configured to target three portals (Undergraduate Old, Undergraduate New, and Postgraduate). If any student's grade, score, or registration details change after being marked as Senate approved, the system flags the record here. Administrators can review and send secure email reports to principal officers (VC, DVC Academics, Academic Secretary, and Director ICT).
